ZDS is actively involved in several international and Slovene projects as the project manager and as a partner. Regularly, we are applying for new projects for foreign and domestic competitions. The projects presented are an important channel of international lobbying and for gaining new knowledge.
Stres na delovnem mestu je vedno bolj pereč problem tako za zaposlene kot delodajalce v Evropski Uniji. Zadnje raziskave (EU-OSHA, Eurofond, IOSHA) kažejo, da je stres drugi največji zdravstveni problem. Stres na delovnem mestu se po raziskavah iz leta v leto povečuje.

In this project we shall examine which legal fields, which legal acts and rules of law focus on that, and which legal acts and rules of law could improve the actual situation in this field if they were adopted or improved.

The project GEAR FOR CHANGES aim is to encourage enterprises to introduce actions to prevent negative impact of change in terms of health and psycho-social risks on time. Experiences and HW practices focused on programmes for workers/managers experiencing changes in the event of restructuring will be exchanged throuhg transnational expert network.
The project has the aim to provide support for including EFP in the EU policy agenda in response to the most pressing EU challenges.
In order to achieve that objective, we will explore the labour legislation and other legal bases of work payment, as well as different systems of current wage models in Slovenia and foreign countries.
