In this project we shall examine which legal fields, which legal acts and rules of law focus on that, and which legal acts and rules of law could improve the actual situation in this field if they were adopted or improved.
The aim of the INODEL project is to favour the creation of the supporting environment to improve the work processes and conditions in the field of health protection at the workplace.
The final aim is to draw up recommendations for social partners as well as policy makers in order to make the legal foundation in the field of legislation and work processes improved and updated.
