The Aim of the project was to support the employers’ organisations and individual companies of Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro and Macedonia in managing industrial relations and implementing an industrial policy on restructuring in the transport sector:

  • Promoting the development of industrial relations in the transport sector in SEE countries on national, regional and company-level by improving expertise and knowledge on industrial relations (capacity building)
  • Mastering change and restructuring during the economic crisis
  • Establishing a network of key actors in industrial relation in the transport sector
