Results of the WIM2 project and solution for employee involvement in the decision making were presented to the participants and were followed by a debate on the next steps. Also, EU practice and good examples were presented by external expert from Slovenia and ZDS team. Participants were acquainted with practical solutions of workers involvement in practice, how the elections of employees’ representatives are carried out and how they are being informed or consulted by the management.

Potential pilot companies in Montenegro showed willingness to cooperate in the experiment and to carry out the election procedure. Also, they expressed a will regarding possibility to have WC as a tool for communication between management and employees. Also, they were interested to gain knowledge on EU practice.

Participants expressed their positive attitude regarding WC and its implementation in Montenegro. They recognized as very important the implementation of projects like WIM3 as it transfers good practise and knowledge from EU countries. Also, they said that even though there is no regulation on WC in the Montenegrin Laws, and there is a majority of small companies, WC could be a good solution in Montenegro for improvement of direct communication between employers and employees and also for better involvement of employees in a process of decision making.
