Aim of the project is to:

• to improve the knowledge of financial participation systems in CEE, their practical application, their benefits and the legal and tax regulations governing financial participation systems
• to promote employee financial involvement and raise awareness of the benefits of financial participation of workers among social partner organisations, companies, employee representatives, government and other stakeholders.
