On 20 March Business Confederation of Macedonia organised a workshop in Skopje, titled "National and European social dialogue in the textile and leather industry in Macedonia".
In the first part of the workshop, both social partners, employers’ association BCM and trade union organisation STKC, presented the state of social dialogue in the textile, clothing and leather producing sector and last achievements of the social dialogue at the level of activities. All representatives of companies and trade unions from the TCL industry were invited to the workshop.
Jože Smole, ZDS Secretary General presented in the context of negotiating school a model of bipartite negotiations, from practical and theoretical point of view. Anze Hiršl, ZDS independent legal adviser, talked about necessary steps in connection with the implementation of European social partners’ outcomes/agreements.
