On 9 and 14 November 2012 the Association of Employers of Slovenia - ZDS organized two seminars in Ljubljana in the framework of project activities.
The aim of the first seminar, held on 9 November 2012 in Ljubljana, was to raise the awareness among employers on the inclusive labor market and to improve their knowledge of the potential inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labor market. Seminar participants were acquainted with the active employment policies and the incentives for employers.
At the second seminar, held on 14 November 2012 in Ljubljana, employment opportunities for primarily female population were presented, as well as some stereotypes of everyday life, the labor market facts created by the economic crisis, barriers of part time principle and statutory conditions employers are facing, risks of self-employed persons.
