Only united employers are strong.

The Association of Employers of Slovenia (ZDS) is the first voluntary economic interest association in Slovenia and has been representing and protecting employers’ interests since 1994. Social partnerships connecting employers, the government and trade unions, enable well-regulated relations in the socio-economic sphere and stable conditions for corporate activities. Defining employers’ legal interests and a common formation of views regarding relations toward social partners is a prerequisite for the successful realization of employers’ expectations and demands. The power and importance of each individual member is shaped by uniting with other members through joining the ZDS. By working together and by considering broader macro-economic aspects, we put forward companies’ interests and give employers a representative and united voice. The ZDS is financed through membership fees, which are determined by the management board.
