At the 1st General Assembly of the Association of Employers of Slovenia the president, Milan Lukic, director and business consultant Lumar IG Ltd.,was re-elected unanimously, the new Vice President of the Association are Stojan Binder, Director SINET Ltd. and Miroslav Smrekar, CEO Adecco HR ltd..

New (and Old) President stressed that he deciden for the nomination as he wishes to continue the work begun in the ZDS. In particular, he will seek to ensure that all relevant topics from the economy are discussed in the Economic and Social Council. He also emphasized its commitment to the expansion of the ZDS activities  from the narrow area of labor legislation and collective agreements to the issues such as industrial policy and specific issues to be faced, and individual activities that will be in the presence of ZDS in the context of international efforts (the ZDS is the sole representative of the Slovenia and is properly positioned in both Europe and the world: BUSINESSEUROPE, ILO, OECD) to further strengthen the role of ZDS in European and international employers' organizations and the continuous exchange of experience and good practice.

In April and May ZDS also held elections in other organs of the Association of Employers of Slovenia, namely Sections Committees and the ZDS Assembly.
